Welcome to stellrco.com (the "Site"), operated by STELLR CO LLC ("STELLR," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About STELLR

STELLR is a brand of STELLR CO LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York. STELLR is currently in pre-launch. The product is not yet available for purchase. The Site exists to share information about STELLR and to allow interested users to join our early access email list ahead of an upcoming Kickstarter campaign.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or submit your email to our early access list. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18.

3. Early Access List

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive marketing emails from STELLR, including product updates, brand content, and launch announcements. Submitting your email is not a purchase, reservation, or order. It does not guarantee access to the product, any specific price, any reward tier, or any priority in our upcoming Kickstarter campaign, except as we may separately offer in our discretion.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting contact@stellrco.com.

4. No Product Sales (Pre-Launch)

The Site does not currently process orders or accept payment. Any product images, descriptions, pricing references, or specifications shown on the Site or in our marketing represent our intended product as of the date posted and may change before the product is offered for sale. Final product details, pricing, availability, and reward tiers will be set at the time of our Kickstarter launch.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including all logos, marks, photography, copy, design, and content, is owned by or licensed to STELLR CO LLC. "STELLR" is a trademark of STELLR CO LLC (U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 98941523). All rights reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site is permitted.

6. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Submit email addresses you do not own or have permission to use

  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Site

  • Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site without permission

  • Impersonate STELLR, our employees, or any other person

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

STELLR does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the Site is complete or accurate.

Marketing claims, product specifications, and any forward-looking statements (including launch dates, delivery dates, and pricing) are estimates and aspirational targets, not guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STELLR CO LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR INCLUSION ON THE EARLY ACCESS LIST.

In no event will our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limits may not fully apply to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party services including, but not limited to, MailerLite (email), Meta (advertising and analytics), and our domain registrar/hosting provider. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Richmond County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a consumer located outside the United States, this provision does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under your local law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and STELLR CO LLC regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
